Q: Will my puppy be quarantined after arriving in the U.S.?
A: No! If you have your puppy shipped directly to you from Europe you will be able to take your puppy home with you from the airport where you pick it up. You will need to clear the puppy through US Customs and Public Health at the airport before the puppy will be released to you. Euro Puppy provides all necessary documents. If one of Euro Puppy USA representatives receive your puppy then ships it to you, we will clear the puppy into the USA for you.

Q: What form of payments can I use?
A:Domestic bank-to-bank wire transfers, Money Order, direct deposits and Credit Card payments. All necessary information will be given to you before ordering. Please note, payments made by checks can take up to two weeks to clear. For rapid and safe payments use Credit Card (4% processing fee applicable) bank wire, or direct deposit. The purchaser is responsible for all transfer fees.

Q: Is my puppy/dog AKC registered?
A: Our puppies/dogs are registered by the Hungarian Kennel Club (MEOE). We can obtain the Export Pedigree ($75) allowing you to transfer the dog's registration to AKC with full breeding/showing rights. Please visit AKC's web site for more information or download the Foreign Registration Application form. The AKC will charge you a fee of either $50.00 or $55.00 depending upon the services requested. Q: Can I register my puppy with my kennel club?
A: Yes! Our puppies/dogs are registered with an FCI affiliate registry (MEOE, SKJ, CMKU, JKS, etc.) guaranteeing that you can transfer the registration to any kennel club which recognizes FCI.

Q: Does the price include shipping?
A: Yes, our price includes shipping, crate, veterinary certificate and other related charges. The only additional charge is a $75 fee for the export pedigree if you request one.

Q: Can you give me any references?
A:Upon request we will furnish bona fide purchasers with the e-mail addresses (only) of those prior customers who have consented to allow us to give out that information. If you elect to contact these people it will be up to both you and them as to how much additional, personal information you decide to exchange. This is the only way we can provide you with unbiased information while protecting our customers' identity.

Q: How long before I can get my puppy?
A:None of our puppies leaves Europe until it is at least eight weeks of age. If the puppy is old enough we can usually ship the puppy to the USA within a week after full payment has been received, weather permitting. If you elect to have your puppy trans-shipped to you from one of our representatives you should allow an additional 3-7 days for the puppy to rest and for observation.

Q: Do I have to qualify to be able to purchase one of your puppies?
A: No! One of our customers said it right: They're great dogs but we don't need anyone qualifying us as to whether or not we deserve the right to buy one of their puppies. It is our intention and desire to place all of our puppies in good homes. We do reserve the right not to selll any puppy or dog to anyone if we feel uncomfortable about making that sale.

A: No! We don't ask you to sign a contract. However, you do need to sign our Guarantee which serves as a contract protecting You.

Q: Do your puppies receive any vaccinations?
A: es. Before you receive your puppy it will normally have received its first two vaccinations. It will be your responsibility to have it given its third shot (if required) as well as its first rabies vaccination when it is old enough.

A: The parent company, Euro Puppy, Inc. is located in Budapest, Hungary and Euro Puppy USA is a subsidiary company. Euro Puppy USA is run by Mario who is located in Miami, FL.

Q: Can you help me to locate a breeder in the U.S.?
A: Unfortunately not. There are many other sites doing that. Euro Puppy visits each European breeder we work with personally and regularly to assure that the puppies are coming from good homes and responsible surroundings.

Q: How long is the flight? Is my puppy given food and water during the transport? Isn't it too cold/hot for the puppy?
A: We only ship with pet friendly, major airlines that have many years experiencein shipping animals and strict regulations, such as KLM, Lufthansa, Air France. . . just to name a few. The airplanes have a separate, temperature controlled room for live animals. This is very safe and most puppies sleep through the flight. In most cases, the puppy stays overnight in one of the airline's cities in Europe, where he/she is provided with food and water before continuing to the final destination. Q: What are the differences between having Euro Puppy in Budapest ship my puppy directly to me or having it shipped to Miami and then on to me?
A: Direct shipment from Europe to the USA can be sent to major green labeled US cities (see our map) served by European flights. Direct shipment allows you to receive your puppy faster. Sometimes these 16 cities are not convenient for the customer as they can be located a long ways away. If your puppy is shipped into Miami; Euro Puppy USA can ship it to virtually any airport in the USA that has commercial airline service within two weeks.
