Euro Puppy USA's Procedure - How to buy a puppy or dog from us.

1) Search our Puppies for sale listings. The unique puppy search tool let you pin point your puppy quickly. In case you have not seen the puppy or breed that you are looking for; just fill out our Puppy Finder form and tell us your needs

2) Sit back and relax while we do the work for you. Our dedicated team works with selected, reputable breeders to ensure that you get the best money can buy. At the meantime you may want to read our Health Guarantee and FAQ pages to find the answer to the most often asked questions.

3) Reserve your puppy with a $500 non-refundable deposit or pay in full via Bank Wire, PayPal or Credit Card. All are very safe payment methods. Give us your full contact details: full name of the person that will collect the dog, residential, postal and telephone numbers. Please note that if the puppy is close to shipping age (8 weeks old or over depending on the destination) full payment will be requested for obvious reasons. For some destinations, often in the Middle East, a 1000 USD minimum deposit or full payment will be requested regardless of the age.

4) Pick your puppy up at the airport and take him to your vet within 48 hours for health check-up!

Here is what we do!

1) We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours with gratitude and 100% attention. Responding to the Puppy Finder Form can take up to 3 business days as we call our breeders first to find out availability and gather the necessary information.

2) We answer your questions, provide professional guidance, screen the breeders, select the best puppies of the litter and assure they are healthy and up to our expectations which is not less than yours.

3) We collect deposit/payment via Bank Wire or Credit Card. Full payment is required prior to shipping. Give yourself at least 5 business days before the expected arrival day to make sure we receive your payment in time.

4) We book the flight for a Wednesday or a Friday. Let us know which day is more convenient for you. Once the flight arrangements are made you will be informed and there onwards, you will be able to track your puppy through our web site.

5) Normally, we ship puppies between eight to ten weeks of age. If necessary, we will hold your puppy longer - additional boarding fee may apply - and we request an additional $300 non-refundable deposit.

6) We sell registered puppies only. All our our puppies are FCI registered and come with FCI pedigree/registration paper. In case you wish to transfer it to your kennel club, please request the export pedigree ($75 or €65). Give us the name and address you want on the papers. We help you transferring the registration over to AKC. You can download the AKC Foreign Registration form here.

7) We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your puppy. Therefore, your puppy is thoroughly checked by our veterinarian and the official veterinarian at the airport to ensure that he/she is healthy and fit for the journey. Only the required health and import documents travel with the puppy attached to the crate. We send the puppy's DOB and shot records via email as well.

8)We email our Lifetime Health Guarantee to you for your acknowledgment and a copy of it will be posted to you by airmail.

9) Please be waiting for your puppy at the airport at the given time. Usually the puppy is available 2 hours after the flight's arrival time, and a valid ID such as passport or driver's licence is needed. There maybe a small handling fee payable to the airline ($20-$30). We really appreciate knowing that the pup has arrived safely and at home with you, so please email as soon as you get the chance. Don't forget to take your puppy to your veterinarian for the regular arrival-health-check-up within 48 hours of arrival.

10)We suggest giving your puppy bottled water and gradually mixing it with tap water, until the puppy gets used to your water. It is also recommended to feed him/her with the same brand that he/she has previously been fed with.

11)A follow-up call is placed 24 hours after you have taken possession of your new puppy to ensure everything is perfect, to answer any questions you have, and to measure your satisfaction.

12)Euro Puppy stays in touch with you with newsletters, offering informative, valuable information and tips. We value our relationship with you.

13)The original documents - pedigree, vaccination booklet and guarantee - will be mailed to you within six to eight weeks after your puppy's arrival. You may request to receive the papers via FedEx for a $50 charge.

14)We gladly welcome lovely pictures and information on your puppy's development.
